Second Chance Chihuahuas

Second Chance Chihuahuas follows Chihuahua rescuers Laura Dash and Jim Peterson as they do their part to combat this sad phenomenon.  Laura is a little person, standing 4’4” tall. She understands what it means to be discriminated against because of her size and she empathizes more than anyone with the plight of Chihuahuas.  Today, Laura and Jim have dedicated their lives to giving these dogs a new leash on life.
