David Swaby

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer David is responsible for all financial matters at All3Media America including, but not limited to, budgets, forecasts, audits, and contract negotiations. Originally from Lincolnshire, U.K., he joined the All3Media group 13 years ago, having previously held finance roles in creative advertising and retailing. Following numerous finance-focused roles as part of All3Media’s senior executive team, Swaby then was tapped to oversee the business stateside in 2018. In that time, he has overseen significant growth in revenue and infrastructure. An alumnus of the University of East Anglia, he now resides in Manhattan Beach, California with his young family.

Ivan Garel-Jones

Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Ivan oversees the central production unit that supports the group of multi-genre production companies in the U.S., and leading the growth and development of the Los Angeles-based business.

 

Garel-Jones previously served as COO at U.S. independent producer Propagate Content, where he oversaw all operations and business & legal affairs for the company.

 

Prior to Propagate, he was EVP, Business Affairs at ITV Studios U.S. Group, now ITV America, where he played a leading role in building the business through acquisitions, including Leftfield Entertainment, High Noon, and Gurney.

Kelsey Boxser

Chief People Officer

An expert in developing human resource environments that reflect a “people-first” approach, Kelsey is building on All3Media America’s corporate culture and employee experience, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and other best practices for investing in people.

Prior to joining All3Media America, Kelsey held senior roles in human resources and business operations at advertising and technology companies such as Pineapple Co, ?What If! Innovation (part of Accenture), and Deep Focus. In addition, she sits on the advisory board of the Boxser Diversity Initiative, a non-profit that funds programs to foster tolerance and understanding of all groups, no matter their race, religion, or gender identity. A Seattle native, Kelsey enjoys an active LA life with her husband and their two kids.

Stephanie Rosenberg

EVP Legal and Business Affairs

Stephanie joined the All3Media America in 2013 and now oversees all aspects of business and legal affairs for the company.

In her previous role, she was an associate at the entertainment law firm of Kleinberg Lopez Lange Cuddy Edel and Klein for over nine years. Key clients that Stephanie worked with at the firm are Alcon Entertainment (“Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” and “P.S. I Love You”), 3 Ball Productions (“Beauty and the Geek” and “Breaking Bonaduce”), Authentic Entertainment (“Flipping Out,”“Toddlers & Tiaras” and “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo”), Intuitive Entertainment (“Millionaire Matchmaker”), Dean Cain and Sugar Ray Leonard.

A member of the California State Bar, Rosenberg received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is an alumna of Muhlenberg College. Rosenberg is originally from New Jersey and now resides in California.

Justin Medeiros

EVP Production

Justin oversees production for all of the All3Media America companies based out of our 80,000 square foot production and post studio in Los Angeles. Projects under Justin’s purview cover an expansive range of networks and genres, including current and upcoming series Flirty Dancing (FOX), Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back (FOX), The Hustler (ABC), Chrisley Knows Best (USA), Homestead Rescue (Discovery) and Top Elf (Nickelodeon).

Justin has been with All3Media America since its creation in 2013, when the company first established its formal presence in the United States. Prior to joining the All3Media organization, Justin was a freelance producer and spent five years at the beginning of his career as a field production coordinator for “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” traveling the world and producing segments for that show’s many correspondents. He was also a producer for NBC at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino and the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, for which he received an Emmy Award. Justin graduated from the University of Southern California in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Cinema-Television Production.

Jacob Cohen-Holmes

Head of Current Programming

After a decade as a freelance writer and producer, Jacob joined the creative executive team at Studio Lambert where he oversaw multiple shows and development projects, including The People’s Couch for Bravo, Weed Country, and Kurt Sutter’s American Outlaw Empire for Discovery. He joined the senior management team at the newly formed All3 Media America where he has spent 6 years as head of current programming overseeing nearly 1,000 hours of original programming and development across the All3 Media portfolio including Emmy winning shows like Undercover Boss for CBS, The United Shades of America for CNN, Chrisley Knows Best for USA and countless others ranging from digital projects, streaming originals, cable series and broadcast shows running the gamut from self-shot to real-time, to shiny floor game show.  

In 2018, he founded Woodman Park Productions, his own shingle under the All3 Media America banner which produced multiple series for Discovery ID, CNN, Snap, Food, Fuse, Facebook, and developed projects across cable including Discovery, HGTV, FX, HLN, Science and others.  

Jacob is back running current programming, working in concert with the different labels and internal management team to cultivate an environment of inclusion, excellence, and consistency across a dynamic and broad slate of content.

James Voda

VP Post-Production

James oversees all post production for All3Media America production companies, a department that has tripled in size since he joined the company in 2018.

Formerly, James worked in post production at Pilgrim Studios, Wilshire Studios, Comcast Entertainment Group, E! Entertainment Television and Dick Clark Productions. He graduated from the Culinary Arts Institute and currently resides in Beverly Hills with his two pit bulls, Finny and Cody.
